    There’s a new phone number for animal control in Torrance. Effective July 1, Torrance residents can call the City of Torrance Animal Control Office at (310) 618-3850. If Staff Assistant Patrick Wren is not available to help you, you can leave a message – or, for emergencies, you can be transferred to the Police Dispatch Center.
